    - Which mass properties do you need to measure? Weight, center of gravity, moment of inertia, product of inertia?
    - What accuracy do you need for each mass property? You can express center of gravity accuracy as a distance (+/- 0.1 mm for example), moment of inertia accuracy as a percentage (0.1% of measurement for example) and product of inertia as an absolute value (0.3 lb-in² for example).
