Air Compressors

Most of our mass properties instruments use gas bearings. Our standard air supply consist of an oil-less compressor, refrigerant air dryer, air storage tank and five-micron filter assembly. The compressor is mounted in a noise-reducing cabinet so that this supply can be located next to the machine. A pressure switch automatically cycles the compressor to maintain the desired tank pressure.
