Gimbal Balance Seminar for Engineers And Technicians

Our Gimbal Balance Seminar is a 3-1/2 day concentrated course in measuring and correcting the unbalance of missile seekers and other gimbaled devices. Space Electronics is the inventor of the gimbal balance machine and is the recognized leader in this field. This course is available to those with responsibility for Gimbal Design, Seeker Balance, Quality Assurance, or Mass Properties. Students will have hands-on experience with a state-of-the-art gimbal balance machine. Engineers and technicians will have the opportunity to confer in separate groups to discuss topics and problems that are particularly pertinent to their individual needs.

Course Outline

Since group size is limited, there will be time for discussion of specific questions the participants may have. The outline below may be adjusted at any time to better meet the needs of the participants. Participants are encouraged to bring drawings or data for discussion.
